Sergeant Major D. Spencer (Dazz), U.S. Army (RET), is a decorated retired non-commissioned officer with over 25 years of service. She joined the U.S. Army Reserve as an enlisted Soldier under the Army Civilian Acquired Skills Program (ACASP), and graduated as a Women's Army Corp. Soldier.
Since retiring, Dazz expanded her horizons in the technical & media arena's and entrepreneurial direction. She has always been a "Geek at Heart", with a strong passion for photography/videography and
"All Things Technology".
Dazz holds several degrees of academia, including a Business Administration and Management Degree.
Dazz is the big sister to her siblings, a proud mom/glam-mom and advocate for military veterans, senior citizens and young people of our future.Dazz earned her certification in video & film technology and is an independent contractor, registered & certified as a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB).
